Build Your Dream Home

Concept- In our first meeting, we discuss your vision for your new home and answer any questions you may have. In addition, we walk you through our existing homes or current projects so that you can experience the quality of our workmanship.

Design- Our talented draftsman will work with you to create the professional blueprints for your home ensuring the details you’ve been dreaming of are captured. You will meet with our interior designer to create your own custom design and style.

Approval- We will come together as a team to review the final plans for your new home and make any final changes. Once your plan is approved, we start building! Throughout the building process we work with you to ensure your vision comes to life.

We are a Travelers Canada Approved Builder, so you can have security and peace of mind knowing you are covered by Canada’s industry leader.

2-5-10 Program

HighRidge Homes is proud to be part of the 2-5-10 program through BC Housing, which gives you (at minimum) coverage for: 2 years on labour and materials, 5 years on the building envelope, including water penetration, and 10 years on the structure of the home.
